Technical Support

Technical support can be reached by phone (+358 207 42 43 44) or email  during working hours (8am to 4 pm) at working days (Monday to Friday) excluding midweek holidays. The error repair will also occur during these hours.

 

Otaverkko Oy monitors the operation of the network and services 24 hours a day and 365 days in a year. Solving the problem starts either from the customers request or from an alert from the monitoring. Problem solving will start within four hour response time. Otaverkko Oy aims to have services functioning as fast as possible.
